South Korean supergroup BTS has been nominated for two Grammy Awards in 2023, becoming the first K-pop artist to be nominated for the Grammy Awards for the third consecutive year.
The septet was nominated for Best Pop Duo or Group Performance for “My Universe” with British rock group Coldplay and Best Music for “It’s Not Here Yet” at the Recording Academy of America’s official Grammy nominations Video nominations. ”
The Best Pop Duo/Group Performance selection marks the third consecutive year BTS has received such a nomination.
The group had previously been nominated for global mega-hits “Dynamite” and “Butter,” respectively, in 2020 and 2021, but did not win. Last year, the group also performed on stage at the annual awards ceremony
