The music video for Blackpink’s song “Ice Cream” (2020) had surpassed 800 million views on YouTube as of Wednesday, according to the group’s agency, YG Entertainment.
The agency announced the feat was achieved around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday. The music video was released in August 2020.
Blackpink now has nine music videos with more than 800 million views, including videos for “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du” (2018) and “Kill This Love” (2019).
Blackpink is currently on a world tour.
The band recently wrapped up their North American tour on November 20 at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.
Blackpink will continue their world tour in 7 European cities until December. According to YG Entertainment, Blackpink will tour Asia and Oceania next year, eventually attracting around 1.5 million fans worldwide.
